1. Who is responsible for your data
Uovo Labs Oy operates Aivoin Agent Quality. In this policy, "we", "us", and "Aivoin" mean Uovo Labs Oy.
2. What we collect
On the public website, we collect information you choose to send us, such as your work email address and the contents of an email about the access to the application. We may also process basic technical information needed to run and secure the website, such as server logs, browser type, IP address, and request time.
We also use GoatCounter for aggregate website analytics, such as page visits, referrers, and broad device information. GoatCounter does not use cookies or build advertising profiles.
Aivoin Agent Quality may process Microsoft Copilot agent metadata, named owners, usage summaries, user feedback, issue status, and notes needed to manage a fix.
Agent Quality is not intended to inspect or store every individual user prompt. We respect the confidentiality and privacy of your data, and will not fetch or process invidual prompts or chat history. The application focuses on agent ownership, feedback, issue management, and resolution status.
3. Why we use it
- to respond to requests for beta or launch information;
- to run, secure, and improve the website and closed beta;
- to present data a beta customer authorises us to process;
- to investigate reported issues and track fixes; and
- to meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data only when we have a valid legal basis. This may include your consent, steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, or a legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We use service providers to operate the website and beta. We share data with them only when needed to provide, secure, or support the service, or when the law requires it.
That includes GoatCounter for website analytics. It processes aggregate usage data for us.
Before Agent Quality opens for general use, we will publish the relevant processing details, including the Microsoft connection, hosting providers, retention periods, and sub-processors that handle customer data.
6. Retention
We keep launch-notification details until we send the opening notice, you ask us to delete them, or we decide not to open the product. We keep beta data only for as long as needed to run the beta, investigate issues, meet legal duties, or resolve a dispute.
7. International transfers
We aim to keep data handling in the European Economic Area where practical. If a provider processes data outside it, we will use the safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
9. Children
Agent Quality is for workplace use. We do not intend it for children.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the product or its data handling changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
Beta scope. This policy describes the current closed-beta approach. We will update it before wider access if the product processes additional Microsoft data or adds new providers.
