1. Who we are

Aivoin Agent Quality is provided by Uovo Labs Oy, a company registered in Finland. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “Aivoin” mean Uovo Labs Oy.

2. The service

Aivoin Agent Quality helps business teams keep track of Microsoft Copilot agents, their owners, user feedback, issues, and fixes. This website describes the service and lets people ask to hear when it opens more widely.

The beta service may change as we test it. We do not promise that every feature shown on this website will be available in the beta or at launch.

3. Who may use it

You may use the website and beta only for lawful business purposes. You must have authority to act for your organisation and provide accurate contact information.

• Use a work email address when you ask to join the beta.
• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Do not try to bypass security controls or disrupt the service.

4. Closed beta access

We decide who can join the beta. We may invite, limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to run the beta safely.

Beta software can contain errors or incomplete features. Do not rely on it as your only system for a business-critical process.

5. Microsoft connections and your data

If you connect Aivoin to Microsoft services, you confirm that you have the right to authorise that connection and share the relevant data with us. You keep ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited right to process that data to run, secure, support, and improve Aivoin Agent Quality. You remain responsible for the Microsoft permissions you grant and for having a lawful basis to use the data in your organisation.

6. What Agent Quality does not do

Aivoin Agent Quality is a management tool. It does not give legal advice, certify security, or guarantee regulatory compliance.

It is not intended to inspect or store every individual user prompt. It focuses on agent ownership, feedback, issue management, and resolution status.

7. Fees

The closed beta is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we introduce paid plans later, we will show the price and terms before asking you to pay.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, pause, or end any part of the beta when needed.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Aivoin Agent Quality service, website, and related materials, except for your data and third-party material. These terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

10. Liability

We provide the beta on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the beta or this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Ending access

You may stop using the website and beta at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, create a security risk, or if we end the beta.

12. Governing law

Finnish law governs these terms. The courts of Helsinki, Finland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
